How does the 3-Year Guarantee work?
Bower & Branch trees are guaranteed for three full years from the date of purchase online or directly from Bower & Branch certified garden centers.
Trees must be registered online at bowerandbranch.com within 7 days of pickup, delivery or installation and all required information must be provided at that time for the Guarantee to take effect.
Should any Bower & Branch tree fail for any reason, Bower & Branch will provide a gift card for the amount of the purchase price of the tree that can be used online through BowerandBranch.com.
Where do I register my tree?
Visit bowerandbranch.com and click on “Register My Tree” under the “Customers” heading in the footer of any page. Follow directions from there.
When do I register my tree?
Bower & Branch requires all trees be registered within 7 days of pickup, delivery or installation by the homeowner for the Guarantee to take effect. Bower & Branch will provide care encouragement for all Bower & Branch trees for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Can I see all my trees that are registered?
Yes, in your online account. All trees you have registered will be visible and the information you provided at the time of registry will be archived there. We will provide you with the expiration date of your Guarantee for each tree.
Only Bower & Branch trees may be registered to receive care encouragement.
Why is it important to register my tree?
Bower & Branch growers will provide growing tips, fertilizer recommendations and reminders through the first 3 years. Bower & Branch will offer watering tips and alert our customers when severe or uncommon weather conditions dictate special care to be given.
Can you deliver to my house?
Yes we can! Through our network of certified garden centers we provide delivery to most areas in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Only approved professionals are licensed to handle Bower & Branch trees. This is necessary to providing the 3-Year Guarantee.
Can you ship outside the service area?
At times and in many instances Bower & Branch has the ability to fulfill orders outside our current service area. We will work hard to fulfill all requests.
What do I do if my tree dies?
This is simple! Contact Bower & Branch through email at grower@bowerandbranch.com and we will respond to your need quickly to resolve the issue. Our goal is to get your new tree to you as soon as possible.
How can I return a tree?
In the rare instance you are not satisfied with your tree, contact us immediately and Bower & Branch will work to meet your expectations in full. Actual product photos are always being updated on the site to show you the current tree we are shipping.
Bower & Branch certified garden centers are also equipped to resolve any concerns that may arise. No one matches our customer service policies and there is no such thing as a dissatisfied Bower & Branch customer!
Will you hold my order and ship it at a later date?
Bower & Branch trees are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted on bowerandbranch.com. We are able to meet all delivery requests if delayed shipping is requested. We can hold orders for up to one full year until delivery. In many cases special trees and products will be made available for early orders.
Can I order by phone?
Yes! Give us a call at 1-(866) TREE-888 (1-(866) 873-3888) and one of our tree experts will be happy to assist you. We currently only offer this service on weekdays from 8am to 8pm but feel free to give us a call and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we can. 
What if I do not see the tree I want?
Bower & Branch grows over 300 varieties of trees! In the case where the tree you are looking for is not listed online, please contact us at grower@bowerandbranch.com and we will work to fulfill your specific need if at all possible.
Certain trees may not be available for immediate shipment depending on the time of year and season. You can place your order well in advance to make sure your tree is shipped when released.
Do I have to pick up my tree at a Bower & Branch garden center?
If you purchase a Bower & Branch tree through our website you can choose pickup, delivery and/or planting services. Bower & Branch trees are sold and handled only by approved garden centers.
Garden centers must be approved and certified by Bower & Branch before they can become Bower & Branch tree retailers.
What if the garden center is too far away?
More and more garden centers will be licensed to handle, care and plant Bower & Branch trees as the seasons pass. Bower & Branch is working right now to be able to provide services in all areas. Should there be an instance where the Bower & Branch garden center is too far away we will work to overcome this for our customers and we have many options to do so.
Does my tree come in a pot?
Yes! Nearly all Bower & Branch Trees are grown in pots. This allows us to ship trees 12 months all-year round. Bower & Branch growers prefer trees in pots over traditional balled trees. Growing in containers allows us to support the Guarantee program and provides us the confidence to do so!
How do I get a refund?
Our Guarantee program is never for a refund or replacement of the tree but instead for a gift card that can be redeemed online through BowerandBranch.com.
Guarantee is for the amount of the tree purchase only and does not include sales tax, delivery or planting.
This is necessary to remove any chance of program abuse.
How do I get my tree planted?
After choosing your tree you will be provided the option to pick up your tree at the garden center or have your tree delivered or planted by one of our certified garden centers.
I am not in service area, can you still help me?
In most cases Bower & Branch is still able to help you in selecting and purchasing a tree in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic areas. Eventually Bower & Branch will be available in the Midwest and Southeast United States.
The Bower & Branch website can assist you in selecting the right tree for you based on your zip code.
Where is my tree grown?
All Bower & Branch trees are currently grown in Pennsylvania on our primary nursery. We also have other licensed growers in development throughout the United States so we can provide perfect trees in all areas in the years to come.
How can I tell if I have registered my tree properly?
Bower & Branch will respond to each registration automatically once you have registered. This will be your confirmation this has taken place and your tree is protected.
Does Bower & Branch have a catalog?
Yes! Seasonally we mail our look book to all of our customers and you will certainly want to be on this mailing list! Our mailing list is private and never sold or distributed.
Our seasonal look book features new trees and products, many of which are only available online.
I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?
All orders are final. Once an order is received, your tree is tagged and identified just for you and plans are made to deliver your tree to your chosen garden center.
Should something come up where you need to cancel, change or delay your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@bowerandbranch.com.
Does Bower & Branch ever place their Trees on sale? 
Bower & Branch does not at anytime place Trees on sale, particularly in the Fall when most Garden Retailers are discounting left over Trees and inventory from the earlier Spring. Bower & Branch is always shipping the newest and freshest crop of Trees and plants from our Growers. There are no leftovers for Bower & Branch – only fresh from the Grower plants. 
Each Fall, our Growers begin to ship the following Spring’s Plants & Trees, not leftovers. Our Growers exclusively make these new crops available to Bower & Branch, fresh crops, grown for the next Spring, well in advance for our customers.
From time to time, we may offer promotions through the year on several favorite Trees and other Plants. We notify our customers when this takes place through email. Should you have interest in special offers and promotions, please sign up for our email list.
Even with our promotions, we ONLY SHIP fresh and new crops – never left overs!
